When to Make a Reservation
We are proud to announce that advanced starting time reservations can now be be made by calling the golf shop at (814) 865-GOLF (4653) or by booking online through our website. Individual starting times are accepted eleven days in advance for the Walker members and nine days in advance for season passholders and eight days for the general public. Reservations should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Individual players are accepted daily on a first-come, first-served basis. During the summer, first available reservations will be at 7:00 a.m. for both the Blue Course and White Course. The last available reservation will be at 7:00 p.m. Throughout the rest of the year, reservation times will depend on available daylight. A no-show occurs when a tee time reservation is not canceled in advance, or when the person who made the reservation does not show up with their group of golfers.
Check In Policy
Players must report to the golf shop counter 20 minutes before tee time to confirm and pay for your reservation. Tee times not confirmed or paid 20 minutes prior to reservations are classified as "no-shows" and the tee times are subject to sale. Two tee times are permitted per registrant per day. Management reserves the right to pair any player(s). Caddies and spectators are prohibited. Juniors under 12 yrs. of age must be accompanied by an adult. Golf etiquette and good pace of play are expected at all times. Shirts and shoes are required at all times on the premises.
Proper Attire
We promote a quality golf experience for everyone: proper attire is required for use of the golf facilities, including the practice facility and the chipping and putting greens. Collared shirts are preferred, but nice T-shirts are accepted. Inappropriate attire includes cut-off jeans, bathing attire, tanks or halter tops, or mesh shirts. Slacks or mid-thigh length shorts are acceptable for men and women. The Penn State Golf Courses reserves the right to deny access to the facilities to anyone dressed inappropriately. Please note that the Penn State Golf Courses require the use of non penetrating toed alternative spikes. The use of metal spikes is not permitted.
Pace of Play
It is our goal to have all guests complete their round in less than four hours and thirty minutes. Our course advisors are available to assist you in meeting this goal. Please respect the game and honor your fellow players by maintaining a proper pace of play.
Spectator Policy
Due to safety reasons, spectators under the age of ten are not permitted on the golf courses. Spectators age ten and above must ride in a golf car with an adult and the full cart fee must be paid.
Alcohol Policy
We now have an alcohol license with the state of Pennsylvania and so beer and wine can be purchased from our 19th hole concession or on course F&B Cart. Outside alcohol or personal coolers are NOT allowed on the Penn State Golf Courses Property.
